Ginny works diligently to deliver service to her clients through education and experience in assisting with claims and insight in understanding to negotiate and resolve the process. She is a noted speaker who is both entertaining and educational. As an accomplished author, she promotes her book, The Little Black Book for Beneficiaries, a workbook which allows your heirs to seemlessly manage the estate of either one who passes or becomes incapacitated.

As a breast cancer survivor, she understands the threat and treatment options of debilitating disease and is active in support through both a monthly cancer support group through her church and the 4th Angel Organization sponsored by the Cleveland Clinic. She is a Eucharistic Minister at her church and the proud recipient of both the James P O’Donnell and St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Awards, as well as recognized as an expert in her field by her peers.
